30 Day Challenge


For the next 30 days I am joining theultimatefitspo in their 30 day challenge.
"Give yourself 30 days to make improvements.  30 days of commitment to becoming a better person. No matter what the time will pass anyway.  Might as well make it worth it!" -theultimatefitspo

So what am I going to be doing for the next 30 days?
-eat healthier
-drink more water
-drink less soda
-find time to workout at least 4 times a week (whether it be something quick at home or a run outside)
-stretch
