A Recipe for Wednesday: Grilled Bananas

This recipe is short, simple, and sweet.  I found it on pinterest... of course, and the next day we made it!  It is so easy and so good!

2 ripe bananas
2 tbs  butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon

Bring a grill up to heat.  In a flat dish mix in the sugar and cinnamon.  With a pastry brush, coat the bananas with the butter.  Dip them into the sugar mixture until thoroughly covered.
Place the bananas on the grill for about six minutes, flipping half way.  Pull them off the grill and let them cool.  Then they are ready to eat!

The first time we made it this cat was watching us.  Braden pet it and tried to have it come to us but it wouldn't.  He was fine just watching us.

B.T.W. Summer school was the worst idea ever.  I do homework for 3ish hours every day.  I would say that I can't wait until it's over, but then that means fall semester will be here, and that might be worse.  So let's just hope that this next YEAR AND A HALF goes by incredibly fast.
